Dynamic Presentation Skills Workshop

AA powerful course designed to empower you as a speaker. The key is to unlock your true potential and bring out your natural qualities as a speaker. The most dynamic presentation you’ll ever make is when you are comfortable, engaging, connecting, and being yourself.

Areas of focus include:

    • Being genuine and authentic in order to communicate fully
    • Relaxation
      • When you’re more at ease, so is your audience. When they are, they’ll be more responsive to your message.
    • A little humor goes a long way
    • Clarifying your intention – what do you want to communicate and accomplish?
    • Commanding your space
    • Body language – What are you expressing non-verbally?
    • Being a Leader (and inspiring others)
    • Stage Fright or “Performance Anxiety”
      • The link between perfectionism and fear
      • Being present – fear is actually being “out” of the moment

Format

This course operates within a workshop environment and is very “hands on.”  Don teaches and guides the group and shares some very effective tools to enhance presentation skills.  Next, each participant is videotaped giving a prepared short presentation.  Additional taped exercises are given for the individual and group.  Coaching and expert critiques by Don, as well as group feedback, provide optimum learning for each individual.

Winning Sales Presentations Workshop

When it comes time to select a company or firm for new business, the margin of differentiation is minimal.  What sets your firm apart from the competition?  Most importantly, how did your firm convey its message during the presentation?

If a company decides to go with your competition, chances are it had little to do with your firm’s ability to serve the new client.  It had to do with a comfort level, a connection and a feeling that the other firm understood their needs and could identify and remedy their concerns.

How to successfully connect with your audience via your presentation or “pitch” is the focus of my course.  Specifically, my program develops each person’s individual qualities to win new business.  It’s unique in that every person gets both an individual evaluation and a tailored course of action.

The Sales Force Intensive

Atwo or three-day intensive that is geared to get to the heart of the problems surrounding your sales team.  Perhaps the perception is that the sales team can do much better. Perhaps the sales force feels unsupported by management. Regardless, there is a dynamic that is preventing your company from soaring.  All the “pieces” seem to be in place, yet you’re underachieving as an organization.

While the core issues of the “Winning Sales Presentations Workshop” are incorporated, the “Sales Force Intensive” goes much more in-depth.  Exercises and activities both individually and in groups explore and build the participants’ capacity in relation to accountability, collaborative (team) effort and trust.

The result is a more proficient sales team, greater cohesion and effective office environment and a clearer understanding of each individual’s strengths.  All potential “blocks” to success are identified and cleared.
